Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00.

Check-in is contactless. The day before you arrive, we send you an individual code and check-in instructions, and you let yourself in.

Leave by 11:00 and follow your apartment’s instructions:

• Krišjāņa Barona iela 3: close the door of the apartment and the MIRO Rooms door.
• Skolas iela 14: leave the electronic keys on the kitchen counter.
• Rūpniecības iela 16 k-2 (French): put the keys back into the lockbox with the same code, and leave the parking remote controls in the apartment.

Not at the building. A paid commercial car park is a few metres away. No reservation is needed; you pay the car park directly.

Yes: free parking for one car; details come with the booking confirmation.

Yes: one free space in the locked courtyard. No reservation is needed. The gate remote controls are in the apartment, so check in first, then park.

Prices start at 59–69 € per night, depending on the apartment. The price for your dates is in the apartment’s booking calendar. City tax is not included.

You pay online when you book: by card through Stripe, by bank transfer or with ESTO. The payment options page explains each of them.

Bookings made on this website are non-refundable: once booked, they cannot be cancelled or changed. Flexible rates are offered through Booking.com and Airbnb.

Riga’s tourist tax is not included in the price. It is charged per adult per night:

• until 31 December 2026: 1 € per adult per night;
• from 1 January 2027: 2 € per adult per night (the City’s rate is 1.78 € plus VAT).

Guests under 18 do not pay it, and it is charged for at most 10 nights of one stay. You can leave it in cash in the apartment or pay it online.

Every apartment has one bedroom.

• Up to 4 guests (a king-size bed and a sofa bed): Center AZURE, Center CLOUD, Skolas GREY and French.
• Up to 2 guests (a king-size bed): Center SKY BLUE, Center DEEP BLUE, Skolas ORANGE and Skolas BLUE.

Every apartment has a kitchen with a stove, an oven, a fridge and a Nespresso machine, a workspace and Wi-Fi tested at 88 Mbps. The four Center apartments at Krišjāņa Barona iela 3 have air conditioning and are on the 4th floor, with a lift. French is on the ground floor.

The Skolas and French apartments have a crib and a high chair.

• No smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. You can smoke outside the building; at Skolas iela 14 at least 10 m from the entrance, at French in the internal yard near the orange barrier.
• No parties, performances, or film or photo sessions.
• Do not move furniture or decor.
• Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00.

You agree to the house rules in the booking form.

Approximate walking times:

Riga Airport (RIX) is about 10 km from the city centre.

• Taxi: 15–25 minutes, around 10–25 €. Take a licensed taxi from the rank outside arrivals.
• Bus 22: about 40 minutes. Get off at the Autoosta stop, next to the International Bus Station. From there it is about 13 minutes on foot to Krišjāņa Barona iela 3, 24 minutes to Skolas iela 14 and 34 minutes to Rūpniecības iela 16 k-2. A ticket costs 1.50 € bought in advance or 1.81 € from the driver.
• At night, bus N22 leaves the airport every hour from 00:30 to 04:30.

Back to the airport, take bus 22 from the Centrālā stacija or 13. janvāra iela stop.
