About this space
GREY is a one-bedroom apartment of 36 m² for up to four guests in the MIRO Rooms Skolas building at Skolas iela 14, in Riga’s diplomatic district. There is a king-size bed and a sofa bed.
It is set up for families: a crib is always kept in the apartment, and there is a high chair. A washing machine and a dishwasher help with the chores, and the rest of the kitchen covers everyday cooking: a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a Nespresso machine and the basics. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel; towels and bed linen are provided.
Gas underfloor heating keeps the floors warm, room-darkening shades help everyone sleep, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi is there when you need to work.
Check-in is self-service, with codes and instructions sent the day before arrival. Esplanāde park is an 8-minute walk away. Free parking for one car; details come with the booking confirmation.

🏨 The building entrance is on Skolas street. Use the code 19*5020 to unlock the front door.
Once inside, go up six steps to find the brown MIRO Rooms door on your right. Enter the code we sent you in e-mail to unlock.
2️⃣ Your apartment is #2 (TWO). Touch the transparent button on the lock panel to light it up and use the same code to enter.
👌 You will find the electronic key on the kitchen top, which you can use during your stay to open your apartment and the door to MIRO Rooms—black chip is for entrance to the building, blue chip – for enter to MIRO Rooms (touch code panel with a chip) and to your apartment (touch smart lock with a chip)

🤫 Quiet hours are 23:00 – 08:00.
💶 City tax (Riga’s rate): 1 EUR per adult per night until 31 December 2026 and 2 EUR per adult per night from 1 January 2027. It is not included in the price; you pay it at check-out, in cash or online.
