Participating restaurants list three-course menus at €35, €40, €45 or €50. The €50 tier is reserved for Michelin Guide restaurants. 🍐 A pear dessert at Melnā Bite for €35

🌿 A rye-grain main at Neiburgs for €50
Neiburgs at Jauniela 25/27 lists a vegetarian pumpkin starter and a vegetarian rye-grain risotto with beetroot and Latvian ricotta. Its dessert puts rye into a brownie and a crunchy topping.
